2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of the engagement.

If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, the request will be reviewed and, where applicable, a refund may be processed after deducting any administrative or transaction charges.

Once project planning, research, consulting, architecture design, documentation, workshops, or implementation activities have commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment.

Incorrect payment due to a technical or billing error.

Capstiva Consulting is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Any other exceptional circumstances approved by Capstiva Consulting.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of business priorities or change of mind.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or access.

Services that have already been delivered or substantially performed.

Completed consulting sessions, technical reviews, documentation, architecture designs, or implementation work.

Differences in business expectations where the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled.
4. Consulting Engagements
All consultation sessions, technical advisory meetings, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic planning sessions are considered delivered once completed and are non-refundable.
5. Project-Based Engagements
For project engagements:

Advance payments secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

Milestone payments are due according to the agreed proposal or contract.

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Deliverables already shared remain chargeable.
6. Subscription or Retainer Services
For ongoing support, retainers, or managed consulting services:

Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on banking and payment service providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Capstiva Consulting provides professional recommendations based on industry best practices and available information. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, investment success, or operational results arising from the implementation of our recommendations.
